The things people ask first
Does my customer need to download an app?
No. Tapping an NFC tag is built into the phone itself. Your customer holds their phone near the plaque and the review page opens in their browser.
Does it work on iPhone?
Yes. iPhone XR and newer read NFC tags in the background, so they just need the screen on. Most modern Android phones do the same, though a few need NFC switched on in settings once. The desk stand also carries a QR code, so anyone whose phone will not tap can scan instead.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. You pay once for the hardware and it is yours. There is no subscription, no account, and nothing to renew.
What if I move premises or my Google listing changes?
The chip simply points at a web link, so it can be re-pointed. Send us the new link and we will tell you how to rewrite it yourself with a free NFC app, or post it back to us and we will do it.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days, then 2 to 4 business days by courier depending on where you are in South Africa.
Can I order for more than one branch?
Yes, and it gets cheaper. Volume pricing applies automatically across your whole order, and you can mix wall plaques and desk stands. If every branch needs a different review link, just mention it when you order.
What if it arrives damaged or does not work?
Then it is on us. Under the Consumer Protection Act you can choose a repair, a replacement or a refund, at no cost to you. Send us a photo and we will sort it out.
